Sports Day
Come and join us for Sports Day!
HFS Sports Day will be held on Thursday 5th June from 10am at the Ulsan College Football Pitch.
Here are some details to think about:
- Parents, family and friends are welcome to attend and cheer on the students
- Students will need a picnic-style lunch that doesn’t need to reheated in the microwave
- Students have been designing their own team t-shirts that they should wear for Sports Day
- Hats, sensible shoes and sunscreen are needed
- Students will be sat in team groups for most of the event, and parents are welcome to sit with the team. The student are alway excited to see their parents, but please make sure they are paying attention to what is happening and that their are supporting their team
Week 9
Week 9 has lots of dates to keep an eye on.
- Monday 2nd June – Normal School Day – Ms Temple’s Class Trip
- Tuesday 3rd June – Election Day – No School
- Wednesday 4th June – Normal School Day
- Thursday 5th June – HFS Sports Day
- Friday 6th June – Memorial Day – No School
Drop Off and Pick Up
Please help us keep our students safe and happy by remembering these rules:
- Parents who pick up their children by car should do so at the main gate.
- If a child is not being picked up directly by a parent at the main gate (walking to the parking lot alone or meeting the parent elsewhere), a waiver form must be submitted in advance.
- Students who wish to play on the playground after school may do so only after being picked up by a parent, and the responsibility lies with the parent.
- For any changes to bus arrangements, parents must contact the Admin Office by phone or email before 12:30 PM on the same day.
(Please note: Bus duty teachers, homeroom teachers, and students cannot process bus changes.) - Please pick up your child on time after school, as there are no staff available to supervise them. If you’re late, your child will need to wait at the office.
ABC Countdown
We’re excited to bring back the ABC Countdown, filled with fun and engaging activities to celebrate the final weeks of term! The same schedule applies to all classes. Please take a moment to look ahead, as some days may require a little extra preparation at home.
