Making a self-portrait is a great way to share how we feel. Right now, we’re exploring the theme “express yourself,” and our second project is all about getting better at drawing our own faces. To get ready for this, we’ve been practicing by looking at real photos and learning how to draw eyes, noses, and mouths accurately.
This week, we concentrated on using pencils to draw eyes and understanding how different tones can be created.
