Y1-2 Art Class Update T1-W1

The Y1-2 children explored how different materials work together. They used traditional Korean rice paper, tin foil, ink, and paints, experimenting with textures and effects. This helped them discover how each material behaves in a unique way.

In the second session, the children began their night sky paintings. They practised controlling paint with different tones of the same colour, adding depth and atmosphere to their work. The children were very excited and enjoyed the process of creating their skies.

Next time, we will finish the project by using the splattering technique to fill the sky with sparkling stars. We are looking forward to seeing the children’s beautiful night skies come to life.
