What a short but fun-filled week it has been in Year 1/2! With the national holidays and our professional development day, we only had two days together—but we packed in plenty of learning and smiles. MathsIn Maths, Year 1 students explored the concept of quarters. We worked through objective 2.7 – Recognise a quarter of a quantity and objective .2.8 – Find a quarter of a quantity. Hello Everyone! We’ve had another fun and productive week in Year 1/2, filled with learning, creativity and imagination! 📚 Literacy This week, we finished reading Toys in Space, and what a lovely, heartwarming ending it was!
