It is my pleasure to welcome you to Hyundai Foreign School. HFS has been providing high-quality international education to the community in Ulsan, South Korea since 1982 and we look forward to doing so long into the future.
Hyundai Foreign School is a small, close-knit community where teachers and staff are dedicated to every student. Every child is known by name and everyone’s needs and talents are nurtured. We pride ourselves on being able to provide the highest standards of international education in an environment in which everyone is happy and respected.
I have been lucky enough to be involved with HFS since 2006 and have enjoyed seeing the school grow and change. During my time at HFS I have always enjoyed meeting new people from all around the world and helping to create a very special sense of community.

These values can be seen in action all around our school and our students are encouraged to think and act in accordance with them.
We are also very proud of our accredited status from the Council of International Schools (CIS). CIS accreditation demonstrates our commitment to high-quality international education and ensures we are continually improving and keeping up with leading international education standards. HFS has been CIS accredited since 2011 and is one of only a very small number of international schools in Korea to hold this status.
