The year7-9 students have started learning about printmaking. We will be exploring this topic for a few weeks, learning various printmaking techniques. The focus will be on how to create and express ideas through art by designing and carving our own prints. This week, we learned how to create foam board prints. We designed autumn leaves, carved them into foam boards, and printed multiple copies. It was a very enjoyable experience. The students loved it and became quite interested in the process of printmaking.
