Our FS1-2 friends had an exciting time creating dinosaurs using shapes! Before starting their dinosaur creations, we learned about different shapes and sang a fun shape song together.
To make it even more engaging, we played a shape-finding game where the kids had to find and point to the correct shape when I shouted it out. They did very well at identifying the shapes and had so much fun during the activity.
Afterward, they used the shapes they learned to design and create their own unique dinosaurs.
It was a wonderful way to combine learning and creativity!
