Yearbook Orders
Every year, we produce a yearbook as a way for students to remember their time at HFS. This year’s yearbook will feature photographs of all students and events that have taken place at school. There will also be a message from the teachers and space for students to sign each other’s books. The yearbook will be similar in format to last year’s yearbook.
Yearbooks cost 28,000won and need to be ordered before Wednesday 19th June
Yearbooks will be delivered on the last day of term, so students have the chance to sign each other’s books.
Parent/Teacher Conferences
You should receive details of arrangements for parent/teacher conferences from your class teacher this week. Teachers at HFS like to meet as many parents as possible and will accommodate most reasonable requests for meeting times that are convenient for parents
School Consultative Group Parent Representatives
Mr JK Lee (Sarang and Yerang’s father) and Mr SY Lee (Sarah’s father) have been appointed to represent the parents as part of our School Consultative Group. If you would like to contact them to share your ideas or opinions, their contact details are available on the school website or from the Admin Office.
End-of-year gifts
Please remember that Korean law strictly limits the gifts that teachers are allowed to receive.

PTA End-of-Year Event
The PTA will be hosting an end-of-year potluck/BBQ on Friday 21st June from 3:30pm

End-of-year trips
Ms Temple’s, Mr Dunn’s, Mr Morgan’s and Mrs Leah’s end-of-year trip will be to Gyeongju World on Thursday 27th June. The student voted for this destination. The cost of the trip is 19,000won for Ms Temple’s class only. Because of the underspend on the residential trip, the school will cover the cost for the other classes.
